STOCKS – European stocks fell, following three months of gains, as a report showed that Spanish manufacturing unexpectedly declined last month. U.S. index futures were little changed and Asian shares closed mixed.

BONDS – European government bonds fell after a survey of purchasing managers data dampened demand for fixed-income assets.

COMMODITIES – Soybeans climbed to a 10-week high on signs of surging demand for U.S. exports.

CURRENCIES – Canada’s dollar traded at the weakest level versus its U.S. counterpart since October 2011.

ECONOMIC DATA – Fed Chairman Bernanke Speaks at 8:30, US ISM Manufacturing PMI at 10:00, AUD Retail Sales at 19:30 and RBA Rate Statement at 22:30 ET.
